English There is an amazing opportunity for trainees to enter into company’s Manager Trainee Program, learning every position in the store first so that they can turn around and train, then manage people, working side by side with them in these positions. Cashier/order taking in one of our fast food restaurants, filling orders in all of those areas, cooking, cleaning, stocking organizing. As they ramp up their Management skills, they would be responsible for People, Equipment and Product Management, cash handling, customer service, troubleshooting, travel paths for Quality, Service and Cleanliness, training, positioning the team members, human resources, and more. If the internship comes closer to 18 months, team scheduling, recruitment, hiring, and firing might be part of the process.
-Duties
The aim of this internship is to improve yourself as a professional and to become a part of a large team as well as your managerial skills
- Ensure top quality service provision via consistent supervision of team members
- Oversee activities in the kitchen to ensure top quality foods are prepared
- Schedule, train, and hire personnel for food service
- Oversee complete cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet
- Listen to clients in the event they have one complaint or the other regarding quality of service delivery Resolve quickly any complaint or issue related to food quality
- Ensure there is adequate stock of supplies and also consistently maintain inventory
- Manage cash registers professionally
- Welcome customers and also provide them with the menu
- Carry every member of staff along and get them adequately informed on important issues as and when due
- Pack orders by the client and get such delivered as requested
- Prepare foods specifically requested by clients
- Make information available to customers regarding new items and up-sells.

During the day person is working 7-8 hours with the lunch break in the middle of the day. In the evening employees have their free time. On day-off employees can plan their day in the way they want.
