English A Real Estate company in Dubai is looking for a CRM Manager with a strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies. Your role as a CRM Manager will be to deliver targeted campaigns through detecting and understanding main customer segments and their needs. You should be available 24/7 and be exposed to international clientele managing individuals and large corporate accounts
-Duties
The aim of the job is to improve yourself as a PROFESIONAL.The main duties of CRM manager:
- Develop and execute marketing campaign strategy and analyze campaign performance.
- Communicate with internal and external partners to meet customer expectations.
- Negotiate contract renewal, draft reports, and provide progress analysis.
- Monitor and provide support on the implementation of service agreements.
