The purpose of the receptionist is to ensure that guests experience maximum comfort and satisfaction at the hotel. You will have to manage room bookings (reservations) or thematic restaurant bookings. You would usually work shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and public holidays. Music and dancing in bars and clubs is not allowed during the month of Ramadan.
