Reservations are a very important department in the hotel; you as an intern will be responsible for ensuring that bookings are on the high level. As a receptionist you will be responsible for incoming calls from a range of different customers and will provide them with all the information needed about the Hotel and the local area.

 A key element of your role is also to be sure that all bookings are processed in efficient and effective manner.

-Duties

The aim of the internship is to improve yourself. The main duties of the internship:

  1. Meeting and greeting clients
  2. Booking meetings
  3. Arranging couriers
  4. Keeping the reception area tidy
  5. Answering and forwarding phone calls
  6. Screening phone calls
  7. Sorting and distributing post

City Sightseeing Malta gives a flavour of these unique islands. The South itinerary offers a more historic aspect to the Maltese Islands with stops at prehistoric temples.
Experience key sights including the Mosta Church and Dome; Ta’Qali Craft Village; Rabat with many Roman Sites such as the restored Roman Villa and St Agatha’s Catacombs and the medieval town of Mdina. Valletta is Malta’s capital, which was originally built by the famous Knights of the Order of St John. Enjoy the famous 'Three Cities' and the Tarxien Temples, believed to be built around 3000 BC. Marsaxlokk is a traditional and picturesque fishing village which is sure to delight every person. They should not miss the opportunity to visit the beatiful Blue Grotto.

During the day person is working 8 hours with the lunch break.
