English Reservations are a very important department in the hotel; you as an intern will be responsible for ensuring that bookings are on the high level. As a receptionist you will be responsible for incoming calls from a range of different customers and will provide them with all the information needed about the Hotel and the local area.
A key element of your role is also to be sure that all bookings are processed in efficient and effective manner.

Valletta is Malta’s capital, which was originally built by the famous Knights of the Order of St John. Enjoy the famous 'Three Cities' and the Tarxien Temples, believed to be built around 3000 BC. Marsaxlokk is a traditional and picturesque fishing village which is sure to delight every person. They should not miss the opportunity to visit the beatiful Blue Grotto.
