The candidates need to be able to adopt in a new enviroment and behave in a polite and professional matter. Working under pressure and offering excellent customer service is a must. The most important is to be able to communicate at least in English and have a positive character.

What you are going to learn?

For those that are leaving first time from their home it will be a challenge but challenge will be for those that will be working for first time as well. Working in tourism and hospitality even if this is not a student’s field of studies can help him/her acquire valuable skills such as , communication skills, presentation, understanding people, getting to know how business work, understand work ethics and discipline.

Algoos is giving you the possibility to learn discipline, work ethics, understand how big hotels work and learn to be productive in a very demanding work enviroment. How much somebody learns and how much enjoys this program it is entirely up to them and their mentality. Students that have the ability to solve problems and make friends easily as well as love to give excellent results under pressure they will love this program.

The students finishing this program definetely show a higher level of confidence, eager to work and climb up the ladder socially, financially and in their jobs.

The student is required to build his cv online and call Algoos office to have an interview.
Once the internview is completed and the necessary information have been exchanged by the student and the Algoos specialist we will be offering the student a position in Cyprus according to his skills and abilities.
The student is entitled to read understand and accept the terms and agreements and sign the cooperation contract with Algoos.
The agreement includes all the information about student’s internship such as place, hours, days, salary, benefits. We will then help the student with all the necessary documentation once we receive the contract signed and the deposit which will be refunded at the end of the internship.
Student needs to make sure he/she has all the appropriate documents when he arrives in the destination country.
Algoos tries always to help students preapre all the legal documents in the destination country as soon as possible but all depends on when the student has applied and submitted all the documents. Students that send them late will have to wait for their documents to be prepared an amount of time so make sure you apply early and submit all your documents early.
