Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons. Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks. Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.

-Duties

1.Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner.  2.Clear tables and prepare for service by polishing cutlery, glassware and crockery etc.  3.Ensuring that the bar and lounge stations are fully stocked, clean and tidy at all times. 4.Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas.  5.Stock and maintain the bar with all the required supplies and inventory (eg: beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice cubes etc.)  6.Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Supervisors or manager.

Rhodes  is the largest of the Dodecanese islands of Greece and is also the island group's historical capital. Administratively the island forms a separate municipality within the Rhodes regional unit, which is part of the South Aegean administrative region.

-Curriculum Activities

Rhodes Island has loads of things to do. There are attractions and excursions to suit all interests, budgets and energy levels! With a stunning coastal location, there are obviously loads of boat trips. You can choose from a submarine, a lazy day cruise or a party boat! Other daytime activities include the waterpark, the beaches, diving.. The list is endless! At night time in Rhodes you can go for beach parties, foam parties and paint parties or visit the fun fair or just enjoy a tasty meal in a local restaurant. Whatever you are into, you will find plenty of fun things to do in Rhodes Island.

-Work Day

 The shifts can be straight or split. The straight shift means that the trainee will work 8 hours directly, however split shift means that the trainee will work two times four hours with a longer break in-between the shifts. During the day the trainee works 8 hours plus break. In the evening trainees have day and possible evaluation meeting, where they can discuss all the difficulties that happened during the day, dinner and free time. On day-off trainees can plan their day in the way they want, participation in the meetings is not obligatory
