English Bar Service Trainee is responsible for informing customers about our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences. You should also be able to work in different shifts.
-Duties
1. Preparation of alcohol or nonalcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant units. 2. Interaction with customers, take orders and serve snacks and/or drinks. 3. Assessing customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. 4. Checking customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. 5. Restocking and replenish bar inventory and supplies. 6. Staying guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. 7. Accurately total, processing and collecting payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of sale system. 8. Clearing tables and prepare for service by polishing cutlery, glassware and crockery etc. 9. Ensuring a very good relationship between the Bar, other F&B outlet, Kitchen, housekeeping & Front of the House. 10. Collecting empty glasses/ bottles . 11.Keeping the area of the bar and sitting area clean. 12. Making sure about customers' safety and satisfaction. 13. Performing any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Supervisors or manager of the Food and Beverage Department. 14. Complying with the orders of the bar supervisor. 15. Complying with all hygiene regulations of the hotel. 16. Complying with all food and beverage regulations.

Nissi beach is probably the most popular beach in the whole of Cyprus. It consists of 2 connecting beaches one large one (very busy) and a smaller one (more secluded). Nissi beach is famed for its beautiful golden sand and clean crystal clear waters. Enjoy your drinks in one of the sand bars there. The beach is located 3.5 kilometers West of Ayia Napa’s town centre. It is covered with fine golden sand and it is well sheltered from the winds, hence the mild waves. This phenomenon is remarkable and is considered a landmark, both for Ayia Napa and for Cyprus in general.

-Work Day
You will be working 8 hours per day with a break for your meal. There are different shifts at the hotel so you may be working in the morning,evening or night shift. You might have a straight shift (work 8 hours in arow) or a split-shift (work 4 hours first and after a break work another 4 hours).
