Food and Beverage are customer service that work for restaurants, cocktail bars and other establishments. In addition to serving food and drinks, Food and beverage perform tasks, such as setting up tables, removing used dishes and preparing simple dishes.
Front Office are customer service that receive and manage reservations made online and telephonically. Assign rooms to guests and inform them of any specials offered by the hotel. Organize transport services for guests at their request. Provide guests with information about the hotel.

Main duties Food and Baeverage: 1. To follow patrons service etiquette. 2. To ensure a polite and clean appearance all the time. 3. To be aware of food and beverage service. 4. To welcome customers, seat them and check if on the table there are enough cutlery, plates and glass for all patrons. 5. To fulfill the drinks, collect dirty dishes and maintain tidy during the meal. 6. To tidy up the table after the patrons left and prepare for the new meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware and glassware. 7. To ensure guest satisfaction. 8. Handle complaints and inform about all complaints and difficult superiors. 9. Be ready to perform in special events.
Main duties Front Office: 1. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. 2. Manage online and phone reservations. 3. Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data. 4. Register guests collecting necessary information. 5. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms. 6. Provide information about hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities. 7. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner. 8. Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs. 9. Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.

-Curriculum Activities

Ibiza is one of the Balearic islands, an archipelago of Spain in the Mediterranean Sea. It's well known for the lively nightlife in Ibiza Town and Sant Antoni, where major European nightclubs have summer outposts. It’s also home to quiet villages, yoga retreats and beaches, from Platja d'en Bossa, lined with hotels, bars and shops, to quieter sandy coves backed by pine-clad hills found all around the coast.

-Work Day

The shifts can be straight or split. The straight shift means that the trainee will work 8 hours directly, however split shift means that the trainee will work two times four hours with a longer break in-between the shifts. During the day the trainee works 8 hours plus break. In the evening trainees have day and possible evaluation meeting, where they can discuss all the difficulties that happened during the day. On day-off trainees can plan their day in the way they want, participation in the meetings is not obligatory.
