The Human Resources assistant helps with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and responsibilities. The HR assistant job is also called HR administrator or HR associate, depending on the organization.

The HR assistant can join your organization with no experience in business. Better prepared assistants have work experience, preferably in business or HR. Employees who are assistants often have degrees in HR, business management, sociology, psychology, organization development, and training.

-Duties

*Accomplish billing human resource objectives;

*Meets billing operational standards

*Meets billing financial standards by providing annual billing budget information; implementing corrective actions.

*Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating billing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.

*Obtains revenue by resolving order and invoice disputes; maintaining customer relations; resolving problems with bank transfer.

*Approves credit memos by reviewing documentation.

*Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

*Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

-Requirements

Everybody is eligible in working in hotels, but the program is highly beneficial for those studying a degree related to tourism and hospitality. Previous work experience in the same field is considered an advantage.

-Curriculum Activities

Employees can spend their leisure time as they love.There are many beautiful beaches in the city with water sport possibilities. In the city you can find many other leisure activities such as cinemas, shopping malls, restaurants and bars. 

-Work Day

You will be working 8 hours per day with a break for your meal. There are different shifts at the hotel so you may be working in the morning, evening or night shift. You might have a straight shift (work 8 hours in a row) or a split-shift (work 4 hours first and after a break work another 4 hours).
