Hotel receptionists greet incoming guests and welcome them to the hotel. They confirm reservations, explain hotel amenities, give directions to rooms, and produce room keys. They also arrange for luggage to be brought to rooms upon request.

1. Welcome and greet guests. 2. Answer and direct incoming calls. 3. Inform guests of hotel rates and services. 4. Make and confirm reservations for guests. 5. Register and check guests in. 6. Confirm relevant guest information. 7. Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms 8. Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone. 9. Provide accurate information about local attractions and services.10. Inform housekeeping when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning.

Tigaki is located 11 kilometers far from Kos town and 7 kilometers north of Asfendiou village . The natural environment in Tigaki is impressive and calming, with lots of green all around and many plants and colourful flowers that decorate the landscape. In Tigaki there are many shops to choose from most of them located centrally and open all day offering many things to buy. The various clubs, bars and discos guarantee a satisfying nightlife which may last until the early morning.

-Curriculum Activities

Students can spend their leisure time as they love. There are many beautiful beaches in the island with water sport possibilities and beach parties. In biggest island cities students can find many other leisure activities such as cinemas, shopping places, restaurants and bars. During the summer in some cases and if there is enough interests agency arranges island visit tours.

-Work Day

The shifts can be straight or split. The straight shift means that the trainee will work 8 hours directly, however split shift means that the trainee will work two times four hours with a longer break in-between the shifts. During the day the trainee works 8 hours plus break. In the evening trainees have day and possible evaluation meeting, where they can discuss all the difficulties that happened during the day. On day-off trainees can plan their day in the way they want, participation in the meetings is not obligatory.
